Settlements may be determined by linear elastic half-space according to SNIP 2.02.01-83* and SP 50-101-2004, DBN Â.2.1-10:2009, SP RK 5.01-102-2013 and SP 22.13330.2011/2016, EN 1997-1-2004.
Modulus of subgrade reaction Ñ1, Ñ2
Modulus of subgrade reaction is calculated by three methods.
The user could recalculate soil pressure and subgrade modulus several times (iteration process).
It is also possible to view location of layers in arbitrary vertical and horizontal soil profiles, contour plots of subgrade modulus.
Values of subgrade modulus for every FE are automatically transmitted into the whole computer model for further analysis of structure together with soil.
Soil model
Based on 3D soil model, it is possible to generate FE model and compute stiffness of every FE depending on its location in different layers of soil. This model may be used to analyse the system 'overground structure – foundation – soil'.
